Returns
Returns Policy UK and EC :
The customer has a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 whole working days after receipt of the goods. Sox-U-Wear Limited will extend this to goods being returned within 14 days from despatch. To cancel an order you should notify us by e-mail, or post at our address. Where the goods have been despatched or delivered, make arrangements to return them to us. All goods returned must be in a new unused condition together with all tags label intact and in a suitable condition to be resold. Where these goods have already been despatched and / or paid for a full refund will be made within 30 days.
Items returned after 14 days and up to a maximum of 30 days will be considered for refund on a goodwill basis, goods returned must be in a new unused condition together with all tags label intact and in a suitable condition to be resold. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and deduct the shipping element of the price charged for goods. Refund price will be based on the website price in force at the time of receipt of your return but will not exceed the original price paid. Please note for hygiene reasons Underwear/Socks items are not refundable IF WORN under any circumstances unless a fault is found. You should notify us of this fault within a reasonable time subsequent to delivery. We consider 30 days as reasonable for clothing and footwear. We will (subject to confirmation of the fault), repair or replace the goods or refund you in full.
Outside UK and EC :
In addition to the above we will accept the cancellation and return of goods shipped outside the EC within 30 working days of despatch. We will refund the cost of the goods but not the original shipping to the customer within 30 days. Additional services such as Gift Wrapping and enhanced delivery services that have been completed are not refundable. Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customers expense in satisfactory condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the point of delivery.
